Incident took place at Sinop Gelincik Neighborhood, Fatih Street around 12:30. According to the information obtained, the traffic flow was disrupted due to the cement spilled on the road from a mixer truck carrying concrete to a construction site in the city center. This situation caused a temporary traffic congestion in the area.
The cement spilled on the road was quickly cleaned up by a concrete company employee. After the road was cleared, the traffic flow returned to normal.
